Season with salt and pepper. For a more intense flavor, you can add fresh rosemary or thyme. 3. Sear over high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side to seal in the juices. Then finish cooking in the oven at 180°C to the desired degree of doneness. 4. Let the steak "rest" for 5-10 minutes before serving. Storage instructions: • Store in the refrigerator at a temperature of 0°C to +4°C. • For long-term storage, use vacuum packaging and freeze at -18°C.
