Paddlefish caviar is valued for its elegant taste at an affordable price, although it is not inferior to expensive types of "black gold" in terms of taste, health benefits and nutritional value, so it has gained popularity among gourmets and is in the top restaurants. Paddlefish, often referred to as the American sturgeon or Spoonbill, is harvested wild from tributaries of the Mississippi and Tennessee Rivers.

Taste features of the delicacy
Paddlefish caviar resembles sevruga: a subtle taste of iodine and a pleasant aroma of the sea. However, it is difficult to confuse the species - it has a pronounced earthy aftertaste. It sounds unusual, so it's definitely worth a try. Especially if you are a big connoisseur of black caviar.

Benefits of paddlefish caviar
High content of vitamins of group B, K, E, A, D, minerals: about 75% of the daily value of magnesium, about 66% of iodine and iron. Selenium, sodium, phosphorus, calcium are present in greater amounts in the chemical composition. In total, it contains 20 micro-, macroelements, each of which has a positive effect on the body. As well as good cholesterol, which is also abundant here. This compound is essential for normal metabolism, the functioning of the reproductive system and the production of bile.

The nutritional value
A nutritious product filled with healthy polyunsaturated fats and easily digestible protein. The fat content varies between 10-11%. The eggs have absorbed all the existing essential amino acids, especially the high concentration of tryptophan and threonine (almost 80% of the daily value). Despite the significant benefits that black paddlefish caviar delivers, it is recommended to consume 1-2 tablespoons per day (no more than 50 g) due to the high percentage of salt.

Caviar came packed in ice and incredibly fast. One of the best caviars I’ve ever had. I’ve had many different caviar in my life time and I was blown away by the taste and quality and the price is beyond reasonable.
